Cary Schwimmer provides employers, physicians and executives a full range of labor and employment law services nationwide. Mr. Schwimmer is Of Counsel to Downey & Lenkov LLC, a full-service multiple office law firm with experienced associates and partners who are available to assist on and staff client matters as needed under Mr. Schwimmer’s full supervision. Other law firms also are accessible to provide support when appropriate. This structure allows Mr. Schwimmer to personally serve clients yet call upon larger firm resources when required, without incurring and passing on their cost when not being utilized.
